We believe that in our profession we must not forget the impact our work could have on the environment, and in this respect we are have gained accreditation under the HVCA's Inspection and Assessment procedure.

Membership of Trade Associations

Curaim believe it is important to maintain access to the latest information available within the air conditioning industry, and to this end the company is affiliated to major trade associations and bodies, such as

HVCA - Heating and Ventilating Contractors Association - together with their associated body, the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Group.

CORGI - Council for Registered Gas Installers

REFCOM - Register of Companies competent to handle refrigerants - Certificate No.113.

In order to comply with the requirements of REFCOM, every affiliated company must submit to an audit of its refrigerant handling procedures, storage of refrigerant cylinders and containers and the recording of refrigerant usage. Certification is renewed on an annual basis and is subject to full compliance of REFCOM conditions.

ACRIB - Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Industry Board whose members have declared that it is their intention to contribute to the United Kingdom Climate Change Programme by complying with the Declaration of Intent on the use of HFC's signed by the United Kingdom government and the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Industry Board.
